Seminar Series with UK Chief Instructor Don Came

US: Mini seminars in Marlton, NJ, during August

August 6-7th and again Aug 20-21st:

• Training times: Join in with the regular classes on Fri night 7.10-8.30pm and Sat morning 9.15-10.15 am attend and an extra session Sat 12.30-2pm.

• Instructors: Sensei Vince Morris and Sensei Steve Montgomery.

• $30 mat fee total for all the session. Possibility to stay overnight in the dojo to save costs (bring sleeping bag!) Regular dojo members just $10 for the Sat afternoon session.

• Don't miss out on this great training! Perfect opportunity to try out Kissaki or refresh your techniques!

19th September: Ireland Seminar with Sensei Don Came.

Falcarragh Karate Club

The club are hosting a training seminar/session with Sensei Don Came 6th Dan (the  Chief Instructor for Kissaki –kai in the UK).

• This training seminar/session will be in Falcarragh on SUNDAY the 19th September 2010, (10am to 2pm)
• The cost of attendance is €25 (or GB£25) per person (Reductions apply for Kissaki Kai Members).

UK Kissaki-Kai Seminar Series with Sensei Don Came 6th Dan

Black belt sessions are open to all kissaki students, 3rd kyu and above.

Sessions will cover:
Looking into the biomechanical principles of striking, power generation etc
A better appreciation of anatomy and how it can benefit our karate
The rules of combat
Improving keri waza
Developing bunkai as tegumi exercises - enabling a complete training regime to be developed around grade specific kata

The floor will be open to kissaki instructors to share their ideas and to take a look at how the kihon are being applied across the board.
